PAUL BARTON
Partner
Paul is a founder and a partner of Callafin Partners. A highly experienced private equity investor, Paul has specialised in mid-market private investing for the last 5 years. He has led numerous investments in Australian businesses and held various board roles in those businesses.

Before founding Callafin Partners, Paul was a Partner at private equity firm Redwood North, and prior to that, a Director at UBS Investment Bank and a VP at Credit Suisse, across Melbourne, Sydney and London.
Paul holds Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Arts (Japanese) degrees from Swinburne University of Technology. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA.
VIVIAN STEWART
Partner
Vivian is a founder and partner of Callafin Partners. A deeply experienced investor with over 25 years of investment experience from angel and VC stage through to international acquisitions and divestments for public and private companies.
Vivian has over 25 years of experience as a company director including over 16 years with ASX listed companies. He has an extensive background in the IT&T industry, private capital and corporate advisory services.
From 2018 -2024 Vivian held the role of Chief Operating Officer of Bigtincan Holdings Ltd - an ASX listed enterprise software company focused on the global Sales Enablement market, where he led M&A, IR and Special Projects.
He co-founded Internet Service Provider Magna Data, venture firm Tinshed, and angel investment group Sydney Angels together with the Sydney Angels Sidecar Fund I and II.
Vivian has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from The University of Sydney and an eMBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Vivian is a Non Executive Director of ASX-listed telco Superloop Ltd. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
